New Year, New Goals!

Each new year I set myself goals that I want to achieve throughout the year. My two main goals for 2015 are:

Get Fit, Get Healthy
Cliche I know, my main goal for 2015 is to eat better and get fit. This year I aim to:
- Cut back of Caffeinated Drinks (Energy drinks, Coffee and Coke)
- Eat less processed foods and more fruits and vegetables
- Work out 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes
- Last but not least - Blog my Get Fit, Get Healthy Progress!

Blog More
Through 2014 I really enjoyed creating this blog and blogging . This year I am to:
- Blog more about what I love and that is My Little Family and Being a Mother.
- Stick to a blogging schedual
- Get involved in the blogging community

Tip: Don't set yourself up for failure! Changes won't happen overnight and by January 2nd you won't be a Victoria's secrete model. Don't change your life overnight instead make small frequent changes.
